RN - ED travel assignment in West Allis, WI. 13-week contract for an Emergency Department travel nurse with 2+ years of experience. Responsibilities include assessing patient status, documenting in the medical record, preparing patients for diagnostic tests, and providing post-procedure monitoring per clinical protocols. Required Qualifications
