Job Summary
Travel RN to ED in San Antonio with a 13-week contract. Responsibilities include providing patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs; working 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts; preparing patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and providing post-procedure monitoring; supporting safe transitions of care including handoffs and care plan updates; assessing patient status and responding to changes using established clinical protocols. Must hold RN license with 2+ years of ED experience.
