Job Summary
Travel Nurse - ED position in Janesville, WI seeking ER/ED experience for a 12-week contract. Responsibilities include performing focused reassessments, escalating concerns through clinical channels, maintaining infection prevention practices and safe medication administration, providing patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs, and assessing patient status with response to changes using established clinical protocols. Work 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts. Benefits include guaranteed pay, premium overtime, weekly pay, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match, housing stipends, travel assistance, and referral bonus. Start date ASAP.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of RN/ER/ED experience
- RN license in good standing
- Contract employment experience preferred
- Shift work experience with 12-hour shifts
- Experience with infection prevention, safe medication administration, patient and family education, and clinical protocol adherence
