Job Summary
RN - ED travel assignment in Cleveland, OH. 13-week contract with 36-hour weeks consisting of 13-hour shifts. Responsibilities include documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record; performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns through appropriate clinical channels; preparing patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and providing post-procedure monitoring as indicated; and providing patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs.
