Job Summary
Provide dialysis travel nursing care in Lehi, UT as a contract RN. Responsibilities include documenting care delivered and patient responses in the medical record, conducting patient intake and focused assessments, administering ordered therapies and monitoring for adverse reactions or changes in condition. Work 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts for a 16-week assignment. Requires 2+ years of RN experience in dialysis; assignment pays approximately $12,229 per month gross and may include taxable and tax-free components.
