Job Summary
Travel RN for Case Management in Torrance, CA. Responsibilities include documenting care delivered and patient responses in the medical record, communicating clinically relevant updates to providers to support timely decision-making, and educating patients on treatment plans and self-management strategies. Assignment is a 12-week contract with 40 hours per week across 10-hour shifts, starting ASAP.
