Travel Nurse - Case Management for a 13-week contract in Round Rock, TX. Must hold an RN license with 2+ years of experience. Responsibilities include supporting care coordination across providers to promote continuity of care, performing medication reconciliation, communicating clinically relevant updates to providers, and working 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
