Travel MRI Technologist

The MRI Technologist operates magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners to produce high-quality 3D images used in medical diagnosis. They interact directly with patients, administer intravenous injections of contrast dye as needed, and collaborate with healthcare teams to provide accurate diagnostic results. Responsibilities include screening patients for MRI safety, educating patients about the procedure, maintaining and troubleshooting MRI equipment, starting IVs and administering contrast per orders, monitoring image quality and adjusting scanning parameters, documenting procedure details, and ensuring infection control and safety compliance. This travel assignment is a 13-week engagement in Easton, PA with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Essential skills include critical thinking, strong interpersonal communication, English literacy, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and proficient PC skills.
