Job Summary
Travel Mobile Phlebotomist in Tallahassee, FL provides in-home phlebotomy and diagnostic services to patients in their homes. The role includes venipuncture, specimen collection, diabetic retina imaging, ECGs, and other in-home diagnostic services. Candidates should have venipuncture experience, be autonomous with strong customer-service, and be willing to travel to patient homes. Training will be provided to learn new services; must be capable of working independently or in a team, with a focus on quality patient care. Requires state licensure and/or national certification, Basic Life Support, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and vaccination proof (including COVID booster, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB test, Influenza, TDaP). Required Qualifications
- State required licensure and/or proof of training
- National certification for applicants in all states that do not have state level licensure requirements
- Basic Life Support certification
- Proof of completion of course/program or certification based on licensure level
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current Vehicle Insurance
- Proof of vaccination or immunity (COVID + booster, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB, Influenza, TDaP)
