Job Summary
Travel mobile phlebotomist/medical assistant role delivering phlebotomy and a range of diagnostic/home-based care tasks to patients in their homes across CA locales (Sacramento, Fresno, Napa, Oakland, Modesto). Responsibilities include venipuncture and specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina imaging, ECGs, coordination with labs, and providing compassionate patient care. Requires state licensure or certification, valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle, bilingual English/Spanish, HIPAA-compliant communication, and completion of required certifications and vaccinations. Full-time temporary position with autonomy to manage routes and patient interactions, and opportunities to expand clinical skills through ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure and/or proof of training
- National certification for applicants in states without licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proof of completion of course/program or certification based on licensure level
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current Vehicle Insurance
- Background check
- Vaccination requirements (COVID booster, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB test, Influenza, TDaP)
- Bi-lingual Spanish and English speaking ability
