Job Summary
Travel mobile phlebotomist to provide patient home-based care and diagnostic services. Responsibilities include phlebotomy/venipuncture, specimen collection, and a range of services such as diabetic retina imaging, retina exams, ECGs, and other diagnostic tasks using mobile technology. Requires ability to work autonomously with compassion and high-quality patient care; access to own vehicle for travel to patient homes; adherence to HIPAA and care coordination via mobile/charting tools; must maintain proper supplies and PPE and obtain state licensure or national certification as applicable; vaccination requirements apply. The role is full-time, temporary, and based in Fayetteville, NC, with a focus on safe, patient-centered home health services.
Required Qualifications
- State required licensure and/or proof of training
- National certification for applicants in all states that do not have state level licensure requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proof of completion of course/program or certification based on licensure level
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current Vehicle Insurance
- Proof of vaccination or immunity for COVID, Measles/Mumps/Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB test, Influenza, Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (TDaP)
