Travel MedSurg RN Job in Bartlett, Tennessee

Provide bedside care for a variety of patients and execute individualized assessments to create care plans. Prepare equipment, administer and record prescribed medications, and assist physicians during examinations and treatments. Initiate alternative actions when adverse symptomology is displayed and perform tasks such as changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs as necessary. This 3x12 night shift role supports the nursing team in Bartlett, Tennessee.
