Travel MedSurg RN in Smyrna, Tennessee

Provide bedside care for a variety of patients by executing individualized assessments and creating plans of care. Prepare equipment, assist physicians during examinations and treatments, and administer prescribed medications while recording them. Initiate alternative actions when adverse symptomology is displayed and perform tasks such as changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs as necessary. Shifts are 3x12 Nights.
