Job Summary
Provide bedside care for a variety of patients and execute individualized assessments to create care plans. Prepare equipment, assist physicians during examinations, and administer prescribed medications. Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as necessary. Initiate alternative actions when adverse symptomology is displayed. This 3x12 night shift role includes comprehensive MedSurg nursing duties focused on direct patient management and clinical execution.
