Job Summary
Plan and manage patient care, administering and monitoring medications, fluids, and dressing changes while performing accurate vital sign assessments. Act as the eyes and ears of physicians and registered nurses, supervising nursing assistants and leading a group of nurses. Find, address, and provide solutions for patient care plan problems. This role includes a 3x12 night shift schedule.
