Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) plan and manage patient care specific to each patient. The LPN acts as the eyes and ears of Registered Nurses and Physicians and performs ongoing and accurate assessments of vital signs. LPN job responsibilities include administering and monitoring patient medications and dressing changes, supervising nursing assistants and leading a group of nurses, identifying and addressing problems in the patient care plan, administering intravenous medications and caring for IV lines. Shift: 3x12 Nights. Location: Memphis, TN, US.
Required Qualifications
- LPN license
- practical nursing license
- patient-care experience preferred
- ability to administer medications and IVs
