Job Summary
Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits in patients' homes across Washington, focusing on preventive care rather than urgent care. Build meaningful relationships with seniors and families while documenting visits using modern EMR tools. Travel daily to patient locations throughout the state, requiring a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. This field-based role supports seniors in staying healthier and independent by bringing healthcare directly to their communities.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
- Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
- 6+ months of primary care or internal medicine experience
- Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Car insurance
- Open to statewide travel throughout Washington as needed
- Enjoy working independently
- Prefer being on the road instead of in a clinic
- Are comfortable with statewide travel-based field work
Desired Qualifications
