Job Summary
Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits directly in patients' homes, focusing on preventive care rather than urgent care. Support seniors and families by building meaningful relationships during unrushed visits, while documenting all interactions using modern EMR tools. This field-based role requires daily travel throughout Greene County and potentially statewide Tennessee, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must bring hands-on clinical experience and a valid driver's license to bring quality healthcare directly to communities across Tennessee.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
- Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience
- Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Open to statewide travel throughout Tennessee as needed
- Have hands-on Medical Assistant experience
- Enjoy working independently
- Prefer being on the road instead of in a clinic
- Are comfortable with statewide travel-based field work
Desired Qualifications
