Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units by assessing patient conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Administer prescribed medications, conduct comprehensive assessments, and document vital signs and care outcomes in the medical record. Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, facilitate discharge planning, and ensure infection control practices are strictly followed. Manage multiple patients efficiently based on acuity while advocating for patient needs and preferences. Requires one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
