Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring cardiac data. Explain procedures to patients and families, prepare individuals for diagnostic procedures, and facilitate discharge planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create care plans, document vital signs and treatment outcomes, and ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols. Manage multiple patients based on acuity while maintaining professional communication and safety standards. This 13-week travel assignment at a facility in Potsdam, New York, offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits for candidates with one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience and a valid state license.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
