Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and monitoring cardiac data. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage diverse patient needs, facilitate discharge planning, and ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols. Document all patient information accurately and prioritize care based on acuity while advocating for patient preferences. Requires one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, BLS certification, and strong critical thinking skills. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
