Job Summary
Assess patient health conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry data, administer prescribed medications, and conduct comprehensive assessments while documenting vital signs and care outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians and therapists to create individualized care plans, explain procedures to patients and families, and facilitate discharge planning. Manage multiple patients efficiently based on acuity, maintain infection control practices, and advocate for patient needs and preferences. Requires one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
