Job Summary
Travel Med Surg/Tele Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Bristol, TN. Delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units, including administering prescribed medications, conducting assessments, coordinating care plans with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining infection control practices, and facilitating discharge planning. Requires strong clinical skills in med-surg and telemetry nursing, critical thinking, excellent communication, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
