Job Summary
Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in a Jackson, GA facility. Delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry data, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, administering prescribed medications, documenting in the medical record, ensuring infection control, and facilitating discharge planning. Requires strong clinical skills in med-surg and telemetry nursing, critical thinking, communication, and adherence to patient safety and professional ethics. Must have 1 year of Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS. NIHSS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
