Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN

Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Lima, Ohio. Delivers comprehensive patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units, administers medications and treatments, conducts comprehensive patient assessments, documents changes in condition, and collaborates with physicians, physical therapists, social workers, and other team members to implement individualized care plans. Maintains infection control practices, assists with procedures and discharge planning, ensures accurate medical-record documentation, and supports patient safety and regulatory standards. Requires critical thinking, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple patients; English reading/writing proficiency; physical ability to perform duties as described. NIHSS and ACLS preferred; other certifications/licensure may be required.
