Job Summary
Assess patient health conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry data, and administer prescribed medications in adherence to nursing standards. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions, document vital signs and care outcomes, and prepare patients for diagnostic procedures. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans, facilitate discharge planning, and ensure infection control practices are strictly followed. Manage multiple patients efficiently, prioritizing care based on acuity, while advocating for patient needs and preferences. Requires one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and 13-week travel assignment in Lewiston, Maine.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
