Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, monitor cardiac telemetry data, and administer prescribed medications in adherence to nursing standards. Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, document vital signs and care outcomes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans. Manage multiple patients efficiently, prioritize based on acuity, and facilitate discharge planning while ensuring infection control practices are strictly followed. This 13-week travel assignment in Bristol, Tennessee requires one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS certification, with ACLS and NIHSS preferred.
