Job Summary
Assess patient health conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry data, and administer prescribed medications in adherence to nursing standards. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions, document vital signs and care outcomes, and prepare patients for diagnostic procedures. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians and therapists to create individualized care plans and facilitate discharge planning. Maintain infection control practices, advocate for patient preferences, and manage multiple patients based on acuity. Requires one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
