Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and monitor cardiac telemetry data for patients on medical-surgical and telemetry units. Manage multiple patients by prioritizing care based on acuity, ensuring infection control, and facilitating discharge planning with families and external resources. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans and advocate for patient preferences while documenting all vital signs and treatments. Requires one year of Med Surg/Tele experience, valid RN license, BLS certification, and strong critical thinking skills. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
- Critical thinking
