Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions, administer prescribed medications, and monitor cardiac telemetry data in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, document vital signs and care outcomes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans. Manage multiple patients efficiently while ensuring infection control practices and advocating for patient preferences. Facilitate discharge planning and perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice. Requires one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, BLS certification, and ability to work under pressure. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
