Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and monitor cardiac telemetry data for patients on medical-surgical and telemetry units. Explain procedures, prepare patients for diagnostics, and facilitate discharge planning while collaborating with physicians, therapists, and social workers to implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate documentation of vital signs and care outcomes, strictly follow infection control protocols, and manage multiple patients based on acuity. Requires one year of recent Med Surg/Tele experience, valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
