Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry patient care, including assessing conditions, administering medications, and monitoring cardiac data. Manage multiple patients by prioritizing based on acuity, ensuring infection control protocols, and facilitating discharge planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans and prepare patients for diagnostic procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of vital signs, treatments, and care outcomes while advocating for patient preferences. Requires one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, BLS certification, and ACLS/NIHSS preferred. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
