Job Summary
Assess patient health conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry data, administer prescribed medications, and conduct comprehensive assessments while documenting changes in the medical record. Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, assist physicians during treatments, and manage multiple patients efficiently by prioritizing care based on acuity. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans, facilitate discharge planning, and ensure infection control practices are strictly followed. This 9-week travel assignment in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, requires recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience and valid licensure.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
- Critical thinking
