Job Summary

Deliver comprehensive high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units by assessing patient conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Administer prescribed medications, conduct comprehensive assessments, and document vital signs, treatments, and care outcomes in medical records. Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, facilitate discharge planning, and advocate for patient needs while ensuring infection control practices and hospital safety protocols are strictly followed. Manage multiple patients efficiently based on acuity and clinical needs. This 13-week travel assignment in Martinsville, Virginia requires one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, a valid RN license, BLS certification, and preferred ACLS and NIHSS certifications. Required Qualifications
