Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry care, including assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and monitoring cardiac data. Manage multiple patients by prioritizing based on acuity, facilitating discharge planning, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans. Document all vital signs, treatments, and care outcomes while ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols and hospital safety standards. Maintain a safe environment for patients recovering from medical conditions or surgical procedures, advocating for their needs and preferences throughout the stay.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
- Critical thinking

- Good interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Follow verbal instructions
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
