Job Summary
Assess patient health conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry data, administer prescribed medications, and conduct comprehensive assessments while documenting vital signs and care outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans, prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, and facilitate discharge planning. Maintain infection control practices, manage multiple patients based on acuity, and advocate for patient preferences within the scope of practice. Requires one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid state license, and current BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions

- Proficiency in PC skills
