Job Summary
Assess patient health conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry data, administer prescribed medications, and conduct comprehensive assessments while documenting changes in the medical record. Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans, and facilitate discharge planning. Maintain infection control practices, prioritize care based on acuity, and advocate for patient needs within a 13-week travel assignment in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. Requires one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
