Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry patient care, including administering medications, monitoring cardiac data, and performing clinical assessments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage diverse patient needs, facilitate discharge planning, and ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards. Document all patient information accurately and advocate for patient preferences within the care plan. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
- Critical thinking
- Service excellence
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Must be able to move about
- Must be able to move equipment (50-100lbs)
- Must be able to push

- Must be able to bend
