Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units by assessing patient health conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Administer prescribed medications, explain procedures to patients and families, and conduct comprehensive assessments while documenting changes in the medical record. Manage multiple patients efficiently, prioritize care based on acuity, ensure infection control practices are followed, and facilitate discharge planning with patients and external resources. Requires one year of recent Med Surg RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS certification for a 13-week travel assignment in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
