Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry care, administering medications, monitoring cardiac data, and performing daily patient assessments. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to implement individualized care plans, facilitate discharge coordination, and ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed. Manage multiple patients by prioritizing based on acuity, documenting vital signs and treatment outcomes, and advocating for patient preferences. Requires one year of recent Med Surg RN experience, a valid state license, BLS certification, and the ability to work under pressure with irregular schedules. Required Qualifications
