Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing cardiac telemetry data. Perform daily assessments, document patient information in medical records, and prepare patients for diagnostic procedures while ensuring infection control protocols are strictly followed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans, facilitate discharge planning, and advocate for patient needs. This 13-week travel assignment in Savannah, Georgia requires one year of recent Med Surg RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS certification, with ACLS and NIHSS preferred. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
