Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units by assessing patient health conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Administer prescribed medications, conduct comprehensive assessments, and document changes in the medical record while preparing patients for diagnostic procedures. Manage multiple patients efficiently based on acuity, ensure infection control practices, and facilitate discharge planning with families and external resources. Requires one year of recent Med Surg RN experience, valid RN license, BLS certification, and strong critical thinking skills. 13-week travel assignment in Kalamazoo, Michigan with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including PTO and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
