Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing cardiac telemetry data. Perform daily assessments, document findings, and prepare patients for diagnostic procedures while adhering to infection control protocols and hospital safety standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans, facilitate discharge coordination, and advocate for patient needs. Manage multiple patients based on acuity and clinical priorities within a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
- Critical thinking

- Good interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
