Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and monitoring cardiac data. Explain procedures to patients and families, prepare individuals for diagnostic tests, and facilitate discharge planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create care plans, maintain infection control protocols, and document vital signs and treatment outcomes. Manage multiple patients based on acuity while adhering to hospital safety and regulatory standards. Requires one year of recent Med Surg RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
