Job Summary
Assess patient health conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry data, and administer prescribed medications in adherence to nursing standards. Conduct comprehensive assessments, document vital signs and care outcomes, and prepare patients for diagnostic procedures. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to implement individualized care plans and facilitate discharge planning. Manage multiple patients by prioritizing care based on acuity while ensuring infection control practices and safety protocols are strictly followed. This 13-week travel assignment in Omaha, Nebraska requires recent Med Surg RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include NIHSS and ACLS. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
