Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry care by assessing patient conditions, administering prescribed medications, and monitoring cardiac data. Manage multiple patients efficiently while prioritizing based on acuity, ensuring infection control protocols are strictly followed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans, explain procedures to patients and families, and facilitate discharge planning. Document all vital signs, treatments, and care outcomes in medical records. Maintain a safe environment for patients recovering from medical conditions or surgical procedures.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
