Job Summary
Travel Med Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Mill, SC. The Med Surg Registered Nurse delivers comprehensive patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units, with responsibilities including assessing patients, administering medications, documenting care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, discharge planning, ensuring infection control, and maintaining high standards of safety and ethics. Requires 1 year Med Surg RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS. Preferred NIHSS and ACLS certifications. Required Qualifications
