Job Summary
Travel Med Surg RN for a 13-week assignment in Johns Creek, GA. Delivers comprehensive patient-centered Med Surg care in medical-surgical and telemetry units, including administering medications, performing assessments, monitoring telemetry data, documenting in the medical record, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring infection control, and facilitating discharge planning. Requires 1 year of Med Surg RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS certification. NIHSS certification and ACLS/other certifications may be required or preferred. Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration with physicians, therapists, and social workers are essential.
Required Qualifications
