Job Summary
Travel Med Surg RN for a 13-week assignment in Grand Junction, Colorado. Delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Responsibilities include assessing patient health conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry data, administering prescribed medications and treatments, documenting patient information, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans. Requires at least one year of Med Surg RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Preferred certifications include NIHSS and ACLS. Strong clinical skills in med-surg and telemetry nursing, critical thinking, excellent communication, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards are essential.
Required Qualifications
