Travel Med Surg RN

Travel Med Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Evansville, IN. Delivers comprehensive patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units by assessing patient health conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry data, administering prescribed medications and treatments, documenting patient information, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans. Requires strong clinical skills in med-surg and telemetry nursing, critical thinking, excellent communication, infection control practices, and adherence to safety standards. The role includes discharge planning and supporting patients and families throughout hospital-to-home transitions. Eligible candidates should have Med Surg RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS; NIHSS and ACLS certifications are preferred, with other certifications possibly required.
